Firstly, you will need to create a profile with us. Once you log into your profile. Click on ‘My Properties’ and ‘Add Property’. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your package choice and further guidance.

Yes, we encourage virtual viewings if you can’t travel to the property, however we do suggest you physically view the property before placing your deposit.

We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We recommend making direct contact with the landlord as they will be able to handle your complaint. If you feel this has not been managed well by the Estate Agent, you can raise your complaints with The Property Ombudsman.
